For women of all ages (18+). Exercises are done to music with a focus on resistance training, core strength and balance. You will work every muscle group using weights and/or natural resistance. Some aerobic training is also included. All that you need to have for the class are comfortable tennis shoes, comfortable clothing, a set of one or two pound weights (to start with) and a comfortable mat. It's also a good idea to bring a drink with you to keep yourself hydrated. The fee is $25.00 for 16 classes that will last anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks. Classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays at Magnolia Middle School from 7:00 P.M.- 8:00 P.M. Any classes that are missed due to school closures, etc will be made up at the end of the session.

The Spring Session 2018 of Women's Fitness starts on Monday, April 16th, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. Registration confirmation will take place before the class starts from 6:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
